- July 30, 2012 – Walked through very tall grass in flip-flops even though I am positive that snakes, spiders, grasshoppers, and field mouse would attack my exposed flesh.
- July 22, 2012 – Made airline reservations for a solo flight to Chicago. Yes, making plane reservations makes my palms sweat and heart rate go up.
- July 21, 2012 – Slept without any coverings even though I’m afraid of spiders crawling on me.
